Horseradish Infused Vodka

Recipe from Mathias Dahlgren, Stockholm, Sweden.

Serve alone as an aperitif with a seafood platter (amazing) or use to make a killer Bloody Mary.


Ingredients:

  • vodka (use your favorite brand)
  • raw horseradish, peeled and chopped into 4-6 slices
  • coffee filter
  • large sealable container

Preparation:

Pour vodka into the sealable container. Place horseradish in a coffee filter above the vodka, but do not allow the horseradish to touch the vodka. The vapors will do all of the work. Seal and set aside for 5 days.
