Zazie’s Scallop Carpaccio

Recipe from Zazie Dayon.

Ingredients:

  • 16 scallops
  • lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons red berries
  • 1 tablespoon chives
  • chopped pepper
  • salt

Preparation:

Place the scallops in the freezer for about 10 minutes to make them firm.

Remove the beard and slice each scallop thinly. Mix the ingredients and seasoning and pour in the serving plates or in the shells.

Put in the refrigerator.
