Les sortir et les peler (attention \u00e0 ne pas les faire trop cuire i.e. pas \u00e9clat\u00e9es avec de l\u2019eau dedans).<\/p>\n<p>Les broyer \u00e0 la moulinette a pur\u00e9e. Mettre de la farine et malaxer jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 obtenir une consistance ad\u00e9quate (attention, pas trop de farine).<\/p>\n<p>Faire de longs rouleaux avec la p\u00e2te, puis les couper et passer chaque gnocchi \u00e0 la fourchette.<\/p>\n<p>Les plonger dans une grande marmite d\u2019eau bouillante.
