{"id":781,"date":"2020-09-10T11:50:11","date_gmt":"2020-09-10T10:50:11","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/berenger.net\/recettes\/?p=781"},"modified":"2023-09-18T14:37:20","modified_gmt":"2023-09-18T13:37:20","slug":"chicken-casear-salad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/berenger.net\/recettes\/chicken-casear-salad\/","title":{"rendered":"Chicken Casear Salad"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Adapted from April Bloomfields&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/food52.com\/blog\/9628-a-girl-and-her-pig-s-caesar-salad\">Caesar Salad recipe<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Roasted chicken, chopped (quantity to required amount) <a href=\"https:\/\/berenger.net\/recettes\/champagne-chicken\/\">https:\/\/berenger.net\/recettes\/champagne-chicken\/<\/a><\/li>\n<li>7 whole salt-packed anchovies, rinsed<\/li>\n<li>2 medium garlic cloves, smashed and peeled<\/li>\n<li>3 tablespoons Dijon mustard<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 cup Champagne vinegar<\/li>\n<li>1 large egg<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup grapeseed oil<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup olive oil<\/li>\n<li>1 ounce chunk of Parmesan, very finely grated<\/li>\n<li>2 heads romaine lettuce, washed and chilled<\/li>\n<li>Croutons, use your favorite method<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Directions<\/h2>\n<p>Put the anchovy fillets and garlic in a small food processor and pulse to a rough paste. Add the mustard and vinegar, crack the egg and blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy. With the processor on, gradually drizzle in the oil in a steady stream. Finally, add the Parmesan and blend until it&#8217;s all well combined. Scrape the dressing into a bowl, cover, then refrigerate to chill and thicken up. (It&#8217;ll keep for up to 3 days).<br \/>\nPour in about 1\/4 cup of the dressing mixing to get a little bit everywhere. Gradually add more dressing to taste, just until it&#8217;s all nicely coated.<br \/>\nAdd the roasted chicken and croutons, tossing a few times to get a touch of the dressing.<br \/>\nEat immediately.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Adapted from April Bloomfields&#8217;s Caesar Salad recipe.
