Butter Chicken is one of our go-tos whenever we crave Indian food and this recipe is the best version of it that we had ever tasted. Absolutely divine!<\/em><\/p>\n<h2>Ingredients:<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Chicken Marinade<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 kg chicken thighs<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon chili powder<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon turmeric powder<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon garam masala<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon coriander powder<\/li>\n<li>2 teaspoon fenugreek dry<\/li>\n<li>3 teaspoons ginger garlic paste<\/li>\n<li>3 teaspoons mustard oil<\/li>\n<p><strong>Sauce<\/strong><\/p>\n<li>2 teaspoons cashew paste<\/li>\n<li>2 teaspoons ginger garlic paste<\/li>\n<li>2 teaspoons Kashmiri chili (non-spicy)<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon kasuri methi (fenugreek seed)<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon honey<\/li>\n<li>2 teaspoons cream<\/li>\n<li>50 mL butter<\/li>\n<li>1L tomato peeled<\/li>\n<li>20 mL oil<\/li>\n<li>tomato paste<\/li>\n<h2>Directions:<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Preparation of chicken marinade<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Preheat oven at 200C.<br \/>\nSkin and clean the chicken. Make incisions with a sharp knife if using breast meat.<br \/>\nMix all ingredients and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.<br \/>\nPut the marinated chicken in oven at 200 C for 10 minutes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation of sauce<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Blend the peeled tomato so that it becomes pur\u00e9e.<br \/>\nHeat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the tomato paste, cashew paste, ginger paste, Kashmiri chili, kasuri methi, honey, blended tomato pur\u00e9e and simmer for about 3-5 minutes.<br \/>\nAdd cooked chicken in pieces.
