{"id":710,"date":"2018-12-30T14:01:27","date_gmt":"2018-12-30T14:01:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/berenger.net\/recettes\/?p=710"},"modified":"2020-09-10T11:59:36","modified_gmt":"2020-09-10T10:59:36","slug":"to-die-for-brussel-sprouts","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/berenger.net\/recettes\/to-die-for-brussel-sprouts\/","title":{"rendered":"To-Die-For Brussel Sprouts"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/berenger.net\/recettes\/files\/2018\/12\/brussel_sprouts-450x338.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"450\" height=\"338\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-726\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Ingredients:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Brussel sprouts, as large as possible, washed and dried<\/li>\n<li>Sriracha hot chili sauce<\/li>\n<li>olive oil<\/li>\n<li>sea salt, to taste<\/li>\n<li>handful of sliced almonds<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Directions:<\/h2>\n<p>For each Brussel sprout, slice off base, then cut in half or quarter (if smaller in size). Peel leaves. Take the time to do this. Set in bowl. Mix in 1 big dollop of Sriracha, to taste. Add in a pinch of salt. Add in enough olive oil so that mixture is lightly coated. Stir well.<\/p>\n<p>Pre-heat oven on broil. Spread Brussel sprout mixture on a baking sheet with adequate spacing. When oven is ready, put Brussel sprout mixture in oven. Watch carefully as to not completely burn. After 3-5 minute, add almond slivers to mixture and mix. Place back in the oven for another 3-5 minutes, watching carefully.
