Les couvrir d&#8217;eau jusqu&#8217;au ras des fruits. Les faire cuire jusqu&#8217;a ce qu&#8217;ils deviennent tendres. S\u00e9parer la pulpe et le liquide. Peser le liquide et ajouter le sucre (800 g de sucre pour 1kg de pulpe).
