{"id":362,"date":"2014-04-02T16:00:09","date_gmt":"2014-04-02T15:00:09","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/berenger.net\/recettes\/?p=362"},"modified":"2014-04-02T16:00:09","modified_gmt":"2014-04-02T15:00:09","slug":"le-pachadi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/berenger.net\/recettes\/le-pachadi\/","title":{"rendered":"Pachadi"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Recette de Roopa Anand (maman de Premila).<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Ingr\u00e9dients:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>150 g de morceaux de noix de coco<\/li>\n<li>1 morceau de gingembre (taille d&#8217;une noix)<\/li>\n<li>5 piments verts<\/li>\n<li>1 cuil\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de graines de moutarde noire<\/li>\n<li>600 g de courge cireuse, pel\u00e9e et coup\u00e9e en long morceaux<\/li>\n<li>quelques feuilles de curry<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Pr\u00e9paration:<\/h2>\n<p>Placer la noix de coco dans un mixeur et recouvrir d&#8217;eau. Ajouter le gingembre, les piments et les graines de moutarde. Mixer jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 l&#8217;obtention d&#8217;un m\u00e9lange homog\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n<p>Placer la courge dans une po\u00eale avec un fond d&#8217;eau (120 ml). Couvrir partiellement et faire cuire jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que la courge soit molle.
