{"id":358,"date":"2014-04-02T15:57:36","date_gmt":"2014-04-02T14:57:36","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/berenger.net\/recettes\/?p=358"},"modified":"2014-04-02T15:57:36","modified_gmt":"2014-04-02T14:57:36","slug":"pachadi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/berenger.net\/recettes\/pachadi\/","title":{"rendered":"Pachadi"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Recette de Roopa Anand (Premila&#8217;s mom).<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Ingredients:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>1 cup coconut chunks<\/li>\n<li>1 piece ginger, walnut sized<\/li>\n<li>5 green chiles<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon black mustard seed<\/li>\n<li>4 cup ash gourd or winter squash, peeled, in long chunks<\/li>\n<li>a few curry leaves<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preparation:<\/h2>\n<p>Place coconut in blender and add enough water to cover. Add ginger, chiles and mustard seed. Blend until smooth.<\/p>\n<p>Place ash gourd in pan with enough water to coat bottom of pan (1\/2 cup). Loosely cover and cook until soft.
