{"id":351,"date":"2014-04-02T14:29:55","date_gmt":"2014-04-02T13:29:55","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/berenger.net\/recettes\/?p=351"},"modified":"2014-04-02T14:29:55","modified_gmt":"2014-04-02T13:29:55","slug":"les-haricots-verts","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/berenger.net\/recettes\/les-haricots-verts\/","title":{"rendered":"Les Haricots Verts de Mme Anand"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Recette de Roopa Anand (maman de Premila).<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Ingr\u00e9dients:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>450 g de haricots verts, coup\u00e9s en morceaux de 3 \u00e0 5 centim\u00e8tres<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de curcuma<\/li>\n<li>1\/4  cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de poivre de Cayenne<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de piments rouges<\/li>\n<li>3 \u00e0 4 piments verts<\/li>\n<li>du cumin<\/li>\n<li>40 \u00e0 50 g de noix de coco r\u00e2p\u00e9e<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de graines de moutarde<\/li>\n<li>de l&#8217;huile de colza<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00e0 2 piments rouges s\u00e9ch\u00e9s<\/li>\n<li>8 feuilles de curry<\/li>\n<li>du sel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Pr\u00e9paration:<\/h2>\n<p>Dans une casserole, m\u00e9langez les haricots, le curcuma, les piments rouges et le sel dans un peu d\u2019eau. Couvrez et faites bouillir jusqu\u2019\u00e0 cuisson compl\u00e8te.<\/p>\n<p>Ajoutez 40 \u00e0 50 g de noix de coco r\u00e2p\u00e9e. Saupoudrez d\u2019une large pinc\u00e9e de cumin.<\/p>\n<p>Faites chauffer \u00e0 feu moyen l\u2019huile de colza dans une po\u00eale. Ajoutez les graines de moutarde. Lorsque les graines commencent \u00e0 \u00e9clater, retirez du feu et ajoutez 1\/2 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de piments rouges et les feuilles de curry.
