{"id":327,"date":"2014-04-01T14:09:49","date_gmt":"2014-04-01T13:09:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/berenger.net\/recettes\/?p=327"},"modified":"2014-04-01T14:09:49","modified_gmt":"2014-04-01T13:09:49","slug":"olla","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/berenger.net\/recettes\/olla\/","title":{"rendered":"Olla"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Recipe from M\u00e9m\u00e9 N\u00e9na.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Ingredients:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>swiss chard<\/li>\n<li>turnips<\/li>\n<li>potatoes<\/li>\n<li>rice<\/li>\n<li>white beans<\/li>\n<li>thick bacon\/ribs<\/li>\n<li>ribs<\/li>\n<li>saffron<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preparation:<\/h2>\n<p>For an &#8220;Olla&#8221; ready at midday:<\/p>\n<p>The day before, salt the meat and put them in the fridge.<\/p>\n<p>The night before, soak the beans (quantity: the bottom of a soup bowl) in a big volume of water.<\/p>\n<p>The morning of the day (around 9:30am), cook the beans in cold water for a good hour.<\/p>\n<p>At 10:30am, rinse the beans, the salted pork and the bacon, dump them in a large pot of water.
