Remuez souvent pour \u00e9viter que cela n\u2019attache. Commencez par chauffer la saucisse de porc et cassez-la jusqu\u2019\u00e0 cuisson compl\u00e8te. Juste avant la fin de la cuisson, ajoutez le boeuf hach\u00e9 et continuez \u00e0 remuer r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement. Une fois cuit, ajoutez les oignons, la ciboulette, le c\u00e9leri, l\u2019ail, le poivron vert, les feuilles de laurier et le persil tout en continuant \u00e0 remuer jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la cuisson de tous les ingr\u00e9dients. Cela devrait vous prendre environ 1h30. Ajoutez ensuite les huitres. 10 minutes apr\u00e8s, retirez l\u2019exc\u00e9dent de gras et d\u2019eau \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une cuill\u00e8re, tout en continuant \u00e0 remuer. Salez et poivrez selon votre go\u00fbt.
