Faites mariner toute la nuit dans la m\u00e9lasse et le sel.<\/p>\n<p>Sortez le porc du r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur et laissez-le \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante au moins 30 minutes avant de le faire cuire.<\/p>\n<p>Faites chauffer le four \u00e0 150\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>Coupez en d\u00e9s l\u2019oignon, les tomates s\u00e9ch\u00e9es et les coeurs d\u2019artichaut. Faites revenir dans l\u2019huile d\u2019olive et \u00e0 feu doux les oignons jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils deviennent tendres. Ajoutez les tomates s\u00e9ch\u00e9es et les coeurs d\u2019artichaut. Continuez \u00e0 faire revenir. Retirez les morceaux de porc de la m\u00e9lasse sans les rincer.<\/p>\n<p>Mettez la viande et la mixture d\u2019oignons, tomates et artichaut dans un plat.
