{"id":288,"date":"2014-04-01T10:32:47","date_gmt":"2014-04-01T09:32:47","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/berenger.net\/recettes\/?p=288"},"modified":"2014-04-01T10:32:47","modified_gmt":"2014-04-01T09:32:47","slug":"le-poulet-de-grandma-rouillier","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/berenger.net\/recettes\/le-poulet-de-grandma-rouillier\/","title":{"rendered":"Le Poulet de Grandma Rouillier"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Recette de Grandma Rouillier (l&#8217;arri\u00e8re grande mere de Christine).<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Ingr\u00e9dients:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>1 poulet entier de 1.5-2 kg<\/li>\n<li>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d&#8217;huile v\u00e9g\u00e9tale<\/li>\n<li>3 gros oignons<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 poivron vert<\/li>\n<li>1 branche de c\u00e9leri<\/li>\n<li>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de persil<\/li>\n<li>2 l d\u2019eau<\/li>\n<li>2 feuilles de laurier<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de thym<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de basilic<\/li>\n<li>60 g de farine<\/li>\n<li>220 g d\u2019olives ni\u00e7oises<\/li>\n<li>2 cubes de bouillon de volaille<\/li>\n<li>sel et poivre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Pr\u00e9paration:<\/h2>\n<p>Mettez l&#8217;huile v\u00e9g\u00e9tale dans la cocotte. Salez et poivrez le poulet. Faites dorer le poulet dans l&#8217;huile. Retirez-le de la cocotte. Versez la farine dans la mati\u00e8re grasse et remuez continuellement jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019obtention d\u2019une couleur marron dor\u00e9. Ajoutez les oignons, le poivron et le c\u00e9leri. Faites revenir jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que les l\u00e9gumes deviennent tendres. Ajoutez les feuilles de laurier, le thym et le basilic. Versez progressivement l\u2019eau sur la mixture farineuse tout en remuant afin d\u2019\u00e9viter la formation de grumeaux.
