{"id":255,"date":"2013-03-10T15:34:22","date_gmt":"2013-03-10T15:34:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/berenger.net\/recettes\/?p=255"},"modified":"2013-03-10T15:34:22","modified_gmt":"2013-03-10T15:34:22","slug":"poulet-parmesan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/berenger.net\/recettes\/poulet-parmesan\/","title":{"rendered":"Poulet Grill\u00e9 au Parmesan"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Recette inspir\u00e9e par Mary durant mes ann\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019universit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Ce plat est un vrai succ\u00e8s et un choix parfait lorsqu\u2019il s\u2019agit de cuisiner pour un large groupe.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Ingr\u00e9dients:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>4-6 blancs de poulet organique<\/li>\n<li>55 g de beurre<\/li>\n<li>110 ml d\u2019huile d\u2019olive<\/li>\n<li>2 1\/2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de moutarde de Dijon<\/li>\n<li>560 g de chapelure nature<\/li>\n<li>150 g de Parmesan r\u00e2p\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>une demi-cuilli\u00e8re de sel<\/li>\n<li>une poign\u00e9e de tomates s\u00e9ch\u00e9es et coup\u00e9es en morceaux<\/li>\n<li>une poign\u00e9e de persil hach\u00e9 finement<\/li>\n<li>sauce Worcestershire<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Pr\u00e9paration:<\/h2>\n<p>Rincez et s\u00e9chez le poulet. Faites fondre le beurre avec l&#8217;huile d\u2019olive, ajoutez l&#8217;ail. Quand l&#8217;ail commence \u00e0 ramollir, ajoutez la moutarde et la sauce Worcestershire \u00e0 votre convenance. Laissez refroidir un peu hors du feu.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e9langez la chapelure au fromage, ajoutez le sel (vous pouvez \u00e9galement ajouter le persil et les tomates s\u00e9ch\u00e9es). Trempez les morceaux de poulet dans la sauce au beurre puis recouvrez-les de la chapelure obtenue.<\/p>\n<p>Mettez les morceaux de poulet dans un large plat de cuisson peu profond et versez le reste de sauce au beurre sur l&#8217;ensemble.
