{"id":240,"date":"2012-03-11T16:52:19","date_gmt":"2012-03-11T16:52:19","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/berenger.net\/recettes\/?p=240"},"modified":"2012-03-11T16:52:19","modified_gmt":"2012-03-11T16:52:19","slug":"les-po-boys-des-rouilliers","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/berenger.net\/recettes\/les-po-boys-des-rouilliers\/","title":{"rendered":"Les &#8220;Po-Boys&#8221; des Rouilliers"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Recette de Gail Harris, r\u00e9vis\u00e9e par Christine.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Ingr\u00e9dients:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>500 g de crevettes, nettoy\u00e9es, d\u00e9nerv\u00e9es et d\u00e9carcass\u00e9es<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de bouillon de crabe liquide Zatarain<\/li>\n<li>1 pinc\u00e9e de sel<\/li>\n<li>2 oeufs battus<\/li>\n<li>170 g de chapelure de ma\u00efs<\/li>\n<li>1 pinc\u00e9e de poivre<\/li>\n<li>environ 60 g ou 125 ml de ketchup<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de raifort<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 citron press\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>de l\u2019huile v\u00e9g\u00e9tale, assez  pour remplir la po\u00eale et recouvrir les crevettes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Pr\u00e9paration:<\/h2>\n<p>M\u00e9langer les crevettes, l\u2019eau et le bouillon de crabe. Couvrir et r\u00e9server au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pendant 10 minutes. Egoutter les crevettes sans les rincer. Faire chauffer de l\u2019huile dans une po\u00eale \u00e0 frire. Plonger les crevettes dans les oeufs battus et les couvrir enti\u00e8rement de chapelure. Quand l&#8217;huile est chaude, y faire frire les crevettes jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;elles soint bien dor\u00e9es. Attention, les crevettes cuisent tr\u00e8s vite. Les d\u00e9poser sur du sopalin pour \u00e9ponger l&#8217;huile de friture. Beurrer le pain et le mettre au four jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;il soit croustillant. M\u00e9langer le ketchup, le jus de citron et le raifort dans un bol. Tartiner le pain avec ce m\u00e9lange, et ajouter les crevettes. Saler et poivrer.
