Jeter les moules qui ne se sont pas ferm\u00e9es pendant le nettoyage.<\/p>\n<p>Les mettre dans une po\u00eale avec du thym, un bel oignon \u00e9minc\u00e9, et une feuille de laurier. Saler (un peu), poivrer et verser 1\/2 verre de vin blanc. Mettre \u00e0 chauffer \u00e0 feu vif en remuant pour que les moules s\u2019ouvrent et l\u00e2chent leur eau. Quand elles ont lib\u00e9r\u00e9 toute leur eau et qu\u2019elles sont ouvertes, jeter presque toute l\u2019eau.<\/p>\n<p>Remettre \u00e0 feu doux et rajouter un pot de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche \u00e9paisse.
