{"id":217,"date":"2012-03-11T16:01:23","date_gmt":"2012-03-11T16:01:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/berenger.net\/recettes\/?p=217"},"modified":"2012-03-11T16:03:08","modified_gmt":"2012-03-11T16:03:08","slug":"crepes-au-chevre-et-crevettes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/berenger.net\/recettes\/crepes-au-chevre-et-crevettes\/","title":{"rendered":"Cr\u00eapes au Ch\u00e8vre et Crevettes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Recette du restaurant Muriel&#8217;s \u00e0 New Orleans, Louisiane.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Ingr\u00e9dients:<\/h2>\n<p>Pour la garniture:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>90 g fromage de ch\u00e8vre<\/li>\n<li>60 g de fromage \u00e0 tartiner Saint Moret <\/li>\n<li>1\/2 de cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9chalote hach\u00e9e<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 de cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de ciboulette hach\u00e9e<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 de cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sel<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 de cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de poivre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pour la sauce:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 bel oignon coup\u00e9 en d\u00e9s<\/li>\n<li>14 g de poivron coup\u00e9 en d\u00e9s<\/li>\n<li>30 g de tomate coup\u00e9 en d\u00e9s<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 d&#8217;ail hach\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sauce Cr\u00e9ole ou Cajun<\/li>\n<li>50 crevettes<\/li>\n<li>30 ml de vin blanc<\/li>\n<li>30 g de beurre non sal\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 d&#8217;huile<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Pr\u00e9paration:<\/h2>\n<p>M\u00e9langez ensemble tous les ingr\u00e9dients de la garniture, fourrez-en les cr\u00eapes et roulez-les.<\/p>\n<p>Pour la sauce: Versez l\u2019huile dans une po\u00eale \u00e0 frire et \u00e0 feu moyen, faites revenir l&#8217;oignon et le poivron  jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils deviennent tendres. Ajoutez les d\u00e9s de tomate, l\u2019ail et la sauce cr\u00e9ole. Faite revenir pendant 30 secondes puis d\u00e9glacez avec le vin blanc. Ajoutez le St Moret et faites r\u00e9duire jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la sauce nappe le dos de la cuill\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>Incorporez le beurre froid et les queues de crevettes et salez \u00e0 votre go\u00fbt. Faites revenir encore 30 secondes.
