Faire frire les poivrons, puis les retirer de la po\u00eale. Faire frire la viande d\u00e9coup\u00e9e en morceau (3-4 par tranche d\u2019\u00e9chine).<\/p>\n<p>Quand la viande est bien dor\u00e9e, l\u2019\u00e9carter sur les bords de la po\u00eale pour faire un petit trou au milieu. Verser une petite poign\u00e9e d\u2019ail grossi\u00e8rement coup\u00e9 \u00e0 petit feu. Quand l\u2019ail est revenu, tout re-m\u00e9langer.<\/p>\n<p>Verser dessus tr\u00e8s rapidement un bon hachis d\u2019ail et de persil (une poign\u00e9e). Tourner rapidement et verser les tomates pel\u00e9es, \u00e9p\u00e9pin\u00e9es et coup\u00e9es en petits morceaux. Laisser r\u00e9duire un peu le jus de tomate et \u00e9craser les moreaux de tomate. Rajouter l\u2019eau (3 verres d\u2019eau pour 1 verre de riz +1) et saler\/poivrer. Laisser bouillir 10-15 minutes puis rajouter le riz et le spigol (4 paquets de spigol) et placer les poivrons par dessus en \u00e9toile. R\u00e9gler le feu pour que \u00e7a bouillonne sans d\u00e9border et ne plus remuer (utiliser un diffuseur de feu si possible).<\/p>\n<p>Quand le riz a bu tout le jus, c\u2019est cuit (attendre que les invit\u00e9s arrivent pour mettre le riz).
