Blanchissez les aubergines dans l\u2019huile de crabe. \u00c9gouttez et rincez. Faites fondre le beurre \u00e0 feu doux dans une large po\u00eale. Ajoutez les oignons, le c\u00e9leri, l\u2019ail et le poivron. Faire cuire l\u2019ensemble dans le beurre jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019il devienne translucide. A part, faites tremper les crevettes dans de l\u2019eau \u00e0 laquelle vous avez ajout\u00e9 l\u2019huile de crabe. Versez les aubergines dans la sauce. Egouttez et rincez les crevettes. D\u00e9coupez les crevettes en trois. Ecrasez les aubergines avec la sauce. Ajoutez les crevettes \u00e0 la mixture obtenue. Faites cuire jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que les crevettes rosissent. Ajoutez lentement la chapelure jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019elle soit parfaitement absorb\u00e9e. Placez tous les ingr\u00e9dients dans un plat \u00e0 rago\u00fbt. Saupoudrez de chapelure.
