Verser du lait, juste assez pour d\u00e9layer la farine et \u00e9liminer les grumeaux. Rajouter 1 verre d&#8217;eau, et une bi\u00e8re.  Remuer. Laisser reposer dans un endroit froid 15-20 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Rebattre le m\u00e9lange (qui a du un peu gonfler) avec le fouet. Faire un hachis d&#8217;ail et de persil. Mettre le hachis dans la p\u00e2te et m\u00e9langer. \u00c9queuter les fleurs de courgettes et enlever le pistil.<\/p>\n<p>Faire chauffer une po\u00eale avec de l&#8217;huile au fond. Tremper les fleurs dans la p\u00e2te et les plonger dans l&#8217;huile fr\u00e9missante en les retournant une fois rapidement. Egoutter soigneusement les beignets et \u00e9ponger l&#8217;huile restante sur du papier essuie-tout.
