Mathias and I spent part of our honeymoon in Capri at a gorgeous hotel called The J.K. Capri. Their mixologist was quite talented and made drinks for us every evening as the sun set. This was our favorite cocktail recipe from our honeymoon.
Ingredients:
- orange slices
- mint leaves
- 1 shot white rum
- dash of dark rum
- sparkling water
- ice
- sugar, unrefined
Preparation:
Crush orange slices, sugar and mint. Add ice with white rum and soda water. Finish with a dash of dark rum.
