Recipe from the “The Joy of Cooking”.
Ingredients:
- 1 clove garlic
- 3 pinches of salt
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
- 2-3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
Mix together to taste. I find it tastes better the following day.
