Serve alone as an aperitif with a seafood platter (amazing) or use to make a killer Bloody Mary.
Ingredients:
- vodka (use your favorite brand)
- raw horseradish, peeled and chopped into 4-6 slices
- coffee filter
- large sealable container
Preparation:
Pour vodka into the sealable container. Place horseradish in a coffee filter above the vodka, but do not allow the horseradish to touch the vodka. The vapors will do all of the work. Seal and set aside for 5 days.
