Brownies

Recipe from Mathias Berenger.

Ingredients:

  • 3 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 1/4 cups butter
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 3/4 pound dark chocolate
  • chopped nuts or almonds

Preparation:

Preheat the oven at 480°F.

Melt the butter in a pan. Add the sugar and stir well until the batter is consistent. Let cool. Put the mixture in a big bowl. Add the eggs and mix with a whisk. Add a little bit of flour, mixing until the batter is consistent. Add the nuts. Melt the chocolate in the microwave oven and add to mix.

Butter and flour the pan on all sides. Cook for 20-25 minutes at 380°F (until it doesn’t stick to a knife).
