Bastien’s Chicken Breasts

Recipe from Bastien Rousseau.

Ingredients:

  • chicken breasts
  • button mushrooms
  • Emmental cheese, grated
  • smoked prosciutto
  • crème fraîche

Preparation:

Cook the mushrooms in a big frying pan. Pound the chicken breasts very thin and cook them too. Cover them with prosciutto and Emmental cheese. When the cheese melts, pour the crème fraîche and let it simmers for 10 minutes.
