Recipe from Marion Berenger.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups flour
 - 1 packet of yeast
 - 3 eggs
 - 3/4 cup oil
 - 1/3 cup dry white wine
 - 1/3 cup Martini Rosso
 - 1 1/2 cup Gruyère cheese, grated
 - 1/2 pound cooked ham, diced
 - 1/3 pound green pitted olives
 - salt and pepper
 
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients well in the order indicated above. Flour the pan before pouring the batter. Cook in the oven at 330˚F for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Don’t open the oven until after one hour, and then cover cake with a sheet of aluminium foil.
