Ingredients:
- 5 pounds bitter oranges
 - 5 1/4 pounds sweet oranges
 - 15 bottles rosé wine (Côte de Provence)
 - 1 quart grain alcohol
 - 1/8 quart grappa
 - 2 vanilla pods
 - 3 cinnamon sticks (4-5 inches long)
 - 17 cups rock sugar
 - 2 lemons, organic and untreated
 
Preparation:
Cut the oranges in pieces (unpeeled, with seeds). Put all of the ingredients in a giant container. Let macerate 40-45 days, stirring regularly.
