Chocolate Truffles

Recipe from Jeannine Berenger.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups dark chocolate
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup butter
  • 3 egg yolks
  • cocoa powder

Preparation:

Melt chocolate and butter in a double boiler. Add powdered sugar and egg yolks and mix it all together. Split the resulting paste in small balls (1-inch diameter) and roll them in the cocoa powder before letting them cool off.
