Ingredients:
- Merguez sausage (Moroccan spicy lamb sausage), chopped and de-cased
- cherry tomatoes
- day old bread, chopped into 1/4 inch sized squares
- herbs
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350˚F.
Place Merguez sausage in a baking dish. Cook for 10 minutes. Add tomatoes. Cook for another 10 minutes. Skim grease.
Stir in herbs and bread. Cook for 5-10 minutes, until parts of bread are slightly crispy.
