Merguez & Tomatoes

Recipe from Kristen Cless.

Ingredients:

  • Merguez sausage (Moroccan spicy lamb sausage), chopped and de-cased
  • cherry tomatoes
  • day old bread, chopped into 1/4 inch sized squares
  • herbs

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350˚F.

Place Merguez sausage in a baking dish. Cook for 10 minutes. Add tomatoes. Cook for another 10 minutes. Skim grease.

Stir in herbs and bread. Cook for 5-10 minutes, until parts of bread are slightly crispy.
