Recipe from Mémé Mimi
Ingredients:
- sardines, cleaned (bones removed) and opened in the middle
 - fish fry
 - vegetable oil
 
For the stuffing:
- garlic
 - parsley
 - white of the bread, soaked in water
 - 1 egg
 - 2-3 sardines, cleaned and finely ground
 - grated cheese
 - salt and pepper
 
Preparation:
Grind all the stuffing ingredients together, place them inside the sardines. Cover them in fish fry and fry them in vegetable oil.
