Fried Sardines

Recipe from Mémé Mimi

Ingredients:

  • sardines, cleaned (bones removed) and opened in the middle
  • fish fry
  • vegetable oil

For the stuffing:

  • garlic
  • parsley
  • white of the bread, soaked in water
  • 1 egg
  • 2-3 sardines, cleaned and finely ground
  • grated cheese
  • salt and pepper

Preparation:

Grind all the stuffing ingredients together, place them inside the sardines. Cover them in fish fry and fry them in vegetable oil.
