Ingredients:
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 bunch of basil
- 2 tomatoes, cooked with seeds removed
- 1/4 pound Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
- pepper
Preparation:
Finely chop basil and garlic together through an herb mill and pestle. Mix in tomatoes, beating to a pulp. Add olive oil, Parmesan cheese and pepper.
